Returns and Exchanges

We want you to know your business is sincerely appreciated and your satisfaction is extremely importance to us. Please call or email us with any concerns.

Items must be returned within 10 business days (postmarked) after delivery. Blossom Home will refund returned items at full value back to your original form of payment. Unfortunately, at this time, shipping costs for returned items cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

Consigned goods are not eligible for returns. If a good is consigned, it will be listed under the product's product description.

Include the original packing slip (if possible) or a note indicating the order number and items you're returning. Once Blossom Home receives the product(s) in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed for you. After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund confirmation e-mail and you can expect a refund to appear on your next credit card statement.
